We have teamed up with Nadine Kerstan of Barometer Chocolate, a certified chocolate sommelier, to host a curated tasting that pairs our passions. Together, we will guide you through five chocolates and five cheeses that will change the way you think about flavor science.
A variety of chocolates and cheeses will be available for purchase that evening so you can continue the experience at home. We will also have a special non-alcoholic beverage available for sale that pairs beautifully with bubbles. Please remember that we are a BYO establishment, so feel free to bring your own bottle to enjoy alongside the tasting.
