Barometer Chocolate & Cheese Pairing
Join us for an evening exploring the unexpected pairing of chocolate and cheese. While they may seem different, these two foods share fundamental characteristics and overlapping chemical compounds that create a perfectly balanced sensory experience.
We have teamed up with Nadine Kerstan of Barometer Chocolate, a certified chocolate sommelier, to host a curated tasting that pairs our passions. Together, we will guide you through five chocolates and five cheeses that will change the way you think about flavor science.

WFMU Rock ‘n’ Soul Radio Meet Up
Come out on May 3rd to celebrate the anniversaries of Corner Slice and Wheelhouse Cheese & More. We are celebrating by having some friends of ours at WFMU do what they do best — play some phenomenal music! Ten DJs are playing rotating sets in the Wheelhouse and in Corner Slice’s lot. It’s going to be food, drinks, and fun!

Bolden Elementary School PTA Storytime Fundraiser
On the first Sunday afternoon in March we are hosting a storytime in the shop for young cheese-lovers!
Ten percent of every purchase that’s made between 3 and 5 pm on March 1st goes directly to the Bolden PTA. That includes items on our menu and everything in our fridges, freezer and on our shelves.
Come out for a good cause and support our kids at the Bolden Elementary School!
Pallet Brewing: Beer & Cheese Flight Night
Pallet Brewing and Wheelhouse Cheese & More have come together and designed a flight of four cheeses and four beers that will delight your taste buds. Our resident cheese monger will walk you through what you’re tasting and be available for any questions you have.
Visit the SHOP section of our website to purchase the cheese flight ($14) which acts like your ticket for the event. Beer flights ($14) can be purchased the evening of the event at Pallet Brewing.
